Man with All On 4 Implants

The All-On-Four Procedure - A Full Arch Of Permanent Teeth In One Day.

Generally, dental implants are used in conjunction with a dental crown to replace a single tooth. What makes the All-On-Four procedure extraordinary, is that it doesn't require a dental implant for every missing tooth. Four dental implants are strategically placed at an angle in the upper or lower jaw. By placing the implants at an angle, patients avoid the need for bone grafting and experience faster recovery. A fixed denture is then secured to the four implants. The titanium implants will fuse with the living bone tissue in your jaw to prevent future bone loss, and serve as an anchor for your upper or lower fixed denture.

Conventional implant-fixed denture restoration uses six or more implants to secure a fixed full arch prosthesis. On the other hand, All-On-Four uses four   implants to provide better results with increased bone-to-implant contact. By angling the two posterior implants, longer implants can be used in patients with decreased bone density, thereby reducing the need for bone augmentation as required by conventional implant-fixed dentures. It's a solution that is both less invasive and more cost effective for endentulous(toothless) or soon-to-be endentulous patients. All-On-4 provides a reduced cost and less trauma as opposed to conventional implant-fixed dentures that require bone augmentation.

With All-On-Four dental implants, patients enjoy immediate function, clear speech, restored chewing ability, comfort, and the confidence of a brand new smile -- New Teeth In A Day!
